Hey fellas,

I’ve got a couple Enfield rifles which I’ve had for years. A No 4 MK 2 that I bought 25 years ago packed in cosmoline (unissued)

The other No 1 Mk iii was given to me by a friend years ago.

I joined here to try to find out more details information on these rifles and other Enfield rifles.

Welcome From Texas!

I lived on Long Island for a while a long time ago,  Great Neck and Port Washington, though I must confess I was happy to leave,  I remember shooting at a range in Huntington  and one in Calverton and shot in a CMP then DCM match at a range somewhere  near Stonybrook

I grew up here. The culture has changed much for the worse. As a conservative I hate it here! Next stop in a couple of years is South Carolina.

Welcome aboard. I lived on "Lon Guisland" for a while.
I was about 2 miles from Calverton. Close to the big duck!
There used to be a range behind Bethpage State park till it was closed after a tragic accident.
