Found a scabbard, its a repro, but thats OK with me. Paddyo- there are a couple originals `07 scabbards on ebay.com reasonably priced. A round button for $65 and a teardrop button for $45, US shipping only. If you`re interested.

You can buy an enfield for $45-$60?!?(above post... )Yes unfortunately, these C1(Canadian issued) stickers are quickly rising in price. Unless you can find one State Side from someone who dosn`t know what it is or cares...... it is what it is.

Hi,
Do you have a link on eBay for the scabbard as I can not find them. I was talking about the C1 bayonet price that I could buy a Enfields rifle. My first Enfields cost me $85.00 Canadian in the late 60's.

The eBay sell is going to make good on the scabbard.
Sending me out a " much better one" and return postage sticker. Hoping for good things.

I occasionally find loose scabbards on local flea-markets. So far, always dirt-cheap. These go into storage until I find a matching bayonet without scabbard at either at the local arms fair or a swap & sell. These obviously go at greatly reduced rates. Very good investments! The score, so far, is two Pat 1907s, one Pat 1888 and a yataghan.

No such luck where I live. The reproduction one I just got was only $40 and of good Indian made qualtity. I did see an Indian made 1907 bayonet with scabbard at the gun show I was at a couple weeks ago, they sell for around $80, this guy wanted $180 for the one he had. Absolute stupid pricing anymore, Seems almost a waist anymore to attend. Deals and bargains are becoming scarce as hens teeth. But always hoping.
