So my wife and I were suppose to go for a mountain hunt yesterday, but our sitter backed out, so we put the kids in the truck and went for a lil road hunt. Got this lil beauty on the way back down from one of my honey holes. I flushed it with the truck, it flew acrossed the FSR and landed in a tree, and then turned broadside and stuck out its neck(Natural Selection if you ask me) The shot was approx 50 yards offhand, and I caught it in the neck, dropped like a rock and then fluttered down the ditch a bit.

Thanks Cookie
I'm enjoying this one as my bush rifle, its light and doesn't feel too plastic'eee, I think once I get a lil more work done with the .32 xtp's that might be the way to go when packin for grouse, I'll just top load one when time permits. Which it usually does, as "Ruffies is soooo stupiddd"(said in the Mater voice from CARS) I smacked that one with a 125gn, running low on made 150's and hopefully my guy has some today.
