Bullet selection:

Dave I am starting to look at projectiles, but I haven't been able to get a full catalogue from my local stores.

I have seen the 150gr Hornady SP around so that looks the go for most things I will be shooting at.

The 174grn FMJ from anyone will be the go for my service rifle match projectile... do you know a load that will simulate Mk7 ball ammo?

Cheers

The 150gn Hornady is a good choice of projectile ! Highlander are also selling projectiles now & their not bad ! so far I've only tried their 180gn soft points but am impressed with them ! The MKV11 round had a velosity of about 2400 FPS soooooooooooooooo! A load of AR2206 or 2206H (the loads are the same strangley enough ) of Starting 34.0gns & a Max of 37.5 puts you in the ball park as it were !

Not too sure how much AR2206 will be left around, I have heard that ADI have discontinued it and replaced it with the AR2206H powder.

Oh and I like the look of Hornady's  95grn SST for the .243 as well.
