Its a Brit thing, kind of like french fries drizzled with curry sauce. Not crisps, that would be gross!

Yeah-lot6sa folks here use malt vinegar(Brit influence, I guess) But it smells like stinky feet!
Now-on the other hand, when you have a Yank in the audience & you put Malt in front of him in the restaurant...its Bunker Hill al over again!Cultural differences... Hoadie |

Hoadie,
Can we not get along? A little simi-cooked meat, a few beers, and a Enfield or two, sounds good to me. Ed Ok Hoadie, a case of beer and four Enfields, with a Ross also. |

Dude, you can have the Ross! Aside from the wall-I don't want one.
Just back from the WWI commencement ceremony. Lotsa stuff on display after the service. Coupla WWII vets said same thing to me. Ross had a great rep, till the bolts flew back & they jammed in the field. John is almost 92. He went thru it all ('39 - 45) Sharp as a tack, too. He knew from the vets before him how bad they were. I sent you info on that stuff, as well. But..I like the idea of some med-rae moose staek, case o' beer, & some Enfield shootin would be a good idea...C'mon up - we'll have a grand time! Hoadie |

Thanks Hoadie.
I do like my Ross. If only for the fact that my Grandfather carried one for two years till he got commissioned. Then he had a Webley that he lost when he lost when he was wounded and sent to the rear. Ed |
