I use a lot of pistol/shotgun powder with the 3031 and imr4064, these I measure every charge.
Yes that electronic chinese pos hit the wall and fell into the waste bin, then I took the new batteries out of it. Waste not want not... lol

i have long been a proponent of individual charges in each case to insure correct measure , i still have a digital scale but ive checked it against my balance beam often , hand dipping with the correct size is the way i go and i get consistency , 

i like that you saved your batteries , no sense in wasting good
