Did you get any Enfield stuff for Christmas? My wife surprised me this year. She never gets me gun parts/accessories as a gift. She just does not know what to get. So early this year I was looking around on Amazon at Enfield stuff and found a charger/ammo pouch set. I put it in her cart so that I could go back and look at it if needed. Low and behold it showed up under the tree! I will have to put more stuff in her cart for next year. LOL!

You might find those chargers a mite stiff!
Nudge nudge, wink wink.
They are for the L-E & .303 British but are the later parkerized ones with the round spring holes.

I'm going to make those round holes long oval holes. Then tumble them for a while. :)

Wife passed on a request from her brother if there was anything I needed/wanted this year.  It took a couple of days to come up with something.

Earlier this year, I had my 2A gone over by Brian d**k.  I sent an extra foreshock to fit.  Tried as hard as he could, the miscut stock couldn’t be made to work.  The original fore stock was, at least to me, too beat up to use.

Anyway, Apex was showing “very good” forestocks.    Sent a link to the BIL stating “if you feel the need to get me a gift, I’ll take one of these”.  Copied the wife also.

The wife saw the email, but didn’t realize she was just copied.  She followed the link and ordered another one.

So, I’ve ended up with 2 beautiful Ishapore 2A1 forestocks for Christmas.
If you can't stand the answer, don't ask the question.
It's easier to get forgiven then it is to get permission.
