he!!o folks.
Thank you for allowing aboard. Down in NZ, Enfield's are thick on the ground, can't take a step without tripping over the things. Oddly enough, I've owned only two in fifty years. The latest was purchased a couple months ago, an 1896 MLE. Already blooded it. Such fun......

Big 'Howdy' from Texas Drax! I've got a former Kiwi M.L.E. in my collection that was originally a civilian purchase, then taken on strength by New Zealand, then sold out of service, eventually rebarreled at Lithgow and now resides in the U.S. If only it could speak.

You are lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth! I spent a month on the South Island, and a few days on Stewart Island in 2002. Loved it.
