welcome , glad you joined us here , you will find us an interesting bunch to say the least , affable , jovial , incorageble and mostly pleasant , 

it looks like a very nice example of the british made mkIII* in later WWI , but you showed us so little we cannot confirm it to be complete as made , correct me if im wrong-aren't their restrictions on military caliber rifles there ?

That's in interesting cross bolt you have there I've only seen it on older Long Lees of Aus make previously.

It looks very P-H ish, but with the eyepiece on the bottom not the top. Central maybe, its hard to tell from this angle.
