I know the latter site you listed, have bookmarked them, the sight in question looks similar to their "MUES" sight.
Will look in that sites. Thanks for the links, Hermann

Left resp. first pic is P H, second one "mystery" Diopter ( TYM Samuel Tym or VEE KEE LEE by Edwards and Motton or SURESHOT SPECIAL by Evans and Balfour ).
Peeps: 2nd from right is P H, ~ 1/2" outer dia, ~ .93 hole, 1st from right is "Unknown", dia ~ 1", hole very small, perhaps .050". This is a target disk. Note completely different method of upper part release and lock, and difference in spindle: P H is only partial lenght, and the sight locks via the spindle screw. Note also "split" design on P H Diopter. "Unknown" is full lenght spindle, and lock is against dovetail slide ( better, but it´s against the recoil forces. reverse direction would be better. Then, it´s SO tough a spring, there should be no problems ). P H has peep "standing" on Diopter "bridge", "Unknown" "hanging" from it. H

I'm not sure if its a trick of the light or what, but my P-H 5A has a MUCH wider "slot" almost 1/4"(6~7mm) from front to back!
