Good evening Gentleman, 

Iam a proud owner of an Ishapore 2A1 build in 1966. Lately i obtained
a stock in large for an SMLE and want to moumt it on my rifle. 
Does anybody know how to do it properly? 
And do i have to remove the forestock first.

Remove the  forestock first. Is what I meant to say,sorry.

I have seen a video on youtube where the guy stated you should remove the fore stock before removing the butt stock, to prevent the fore stock from splitting. 
Is this an issue or just the "opinion" from these guy? 

There a a few reasons why iam not to eager to remove the forestock.

The buttstock bolt on a No1Mk111 is squared at the thread end and will crack the forestock if you if you try to remove the buttstock first.

Also be aware that fitting a new forestock is not just a case of bolting it on. If you want the rifle to be accurate, it has to fit perfectly in several specific areas.
Having been through this with my own SMLE; I suggest you read the articles by the professional Military Armourer's such as Captain Peter Laidler. (articles are posted on Milsurps.com)
There is some good info on the Internet, but also a lot of bad info. So be careful and learn before starting the job.

I read somewhere of a different position for the front sling swivel band, not sure if its true or internet myth though. Possibly worth checking?

Thank you for the Information. After reading this I will bring the rifle to an armorer to install the butt stock. I neither have the right tools, nor the qualification to do this. 

The "Ishi srew" on my forestock is not round at the end. It seems like it was cut off and now looks a bit like a small triangle.

Do you have a good Lee Enfield Armourer in Germany? I ask; because if you give it to someone who is not a specialist; they may just bolt it on without knowing how to set it up. Which you could do yourself for free!
Why have you decided to replace the forestock? Is it damaged or has it been cut down?

I have an armorer around the corner. And if i believe google he is grumpy, dont like to use a phone or email but is an old master of his art. So i will give it a try. 

The reason i want to change the butt stock is, that iam a rather tall fellow. I hope to make the rifle mire suitable for me. 
At the moment it has a medium butt stock and at the end I put a rubber cap from a shotgun. It is ok but still not long enough for me.

not just an oppinion - its a fact , you do not want to break your forestock , leave the buttstock in place till last , 

take shamu up on his tutorial , it will save you $ and anguish

I believe I misunderstood your original post. I was under the impression you wanted to replace the complete set of wood; not just a longer butt. Hence my advice regarding the fit.
You will still need to remove the fore end first; but as it's already adjusted to your rifle; it should not pose a problem when refitting it after you have replaced the butt.

Yeah its not about the forestock, just the butt. I will later post a picture of my forestock and may need another opinion regarding the screw wich might cause some problems.

This is a picture of the Ishi screw. As you can see, its kind of bend and thats why iam not to keen to remove the forestock myself. 
I want to bring the rifle to the armorer so he can have a look himself.
