I am interested in loads for 200/215 grain bullets. I see that goosic uses norma 202, my Lee reloading manual lists norma 203B but I can't find ether of those in Canada. I have heard that varget can be used but I can't find any definite data on it. Any ideas?

The Lee Enfield is to the Canadian north what the Winchester repeater was to the American west. Cal Bablitz

IMR3031:Suggested starting grains 32.0- Maximum load grains 36.0
IMR4064:Suggested starting grains 35.0- Maximum load grains 39.0 IMR4320:Suggested starting grains 37.0- Maximum load grains 41.0 All data from Lyman. Trim to length 2.212 Primers Remington 9 1/2 or Federal 210 Lapua D166 7.62x56R .310 200grn Woodleigh .312 215grn If all you have on hand is Norma 202,WLRM primers, and Woodleigh 215grn bullets the very same minimum and maximum charges for the 203B can be used safely with no adverse consequences. The load I tested yesterday was a .310 200grn FMJBT, using 39.9grns of Norma 202,primed with WLRM primers, and a C.O.L. of 3.055". The pressures were normal and chronographed muzzle velocity was 2186 fps on average. The fired case extracted with no issue with no noticable swelling or stretching and looks identical to an unfired case. A 200grn .308 Winchester round uses a minimum and maximum charge weight of 39.0 - 41.7grns of Norma 202 while giving almost identical ballistics with the .303B.
