If these are from the same batch as they had a year or two ago, they are in excellent condition inside and out and well packed in cosmoline, with sight bases fitted.

My fingers are crossed, just ordered 2 as replacements for my badly pitted Enfield 1911 and 1918 barrels

I picked one up just to have one on hand.
I used one of these barrels as replacement for a project and it worked out great.
The barrel threads were protected by lead I seem to remember when it was unpacked.

With these new barrels from sarco, are the chambers tight or hogged out?

The chambers are tight as far as i can tell, 1st barrel appeared new and  unfired, the 2nd was slightly used but still excellent.  Both were installed by BDL Ltd and timed up perfectly according to Brian of BDL. 1 rifle needed a bolthead changed out in order to headspace correctly.
