You might be able to tell I like lithgows. This one is dated 1919 and all production that year and through to 1922 was MkIII* with no cut off slot.

Still maple wood and blued finish. This one is also matching including barrel and sight with pristine bore. Interestingly its a john jovino marked rifle. I should also warn, if you don't like grease, look away. This one is particularly greasy.

That grease doesn't bother me a bit, it means the ol' girl will be around for quite some time and not rusting away. Another fine rifle!
