I'am looking for a Parker Hale scope top mount base #BA27 (the dogbone plate) to complete my scope mount. I already have the side mount A29. Any idea ? I already surfed GUNPOST and NUMRICH with no results.

Every now and then you can find them on eBay. You might try contacting Fultons or Bisley. They might still have some.
I have, in the past, found a flat based Weaver type scope mount and fit it to the PH scope base. It turned out to be a little more practical being that it is easier to find Weaver scope rings rather than the Bisely, PH, or CZ scope rings. I looked through my PH parts bin and found 2 scope bases but no mounts. You can modify the PH dogbone scope mount for the No1Mk111 SMLE and fit it to the PH base on your rifle...
