I got this measure last year. It came highly recommended by my Service Rifle shooting bud.

The rotating parts are supported by ball bearings and are solid machined brass. There is a sharpened “cutter” that will easily shear a stick of powder that gets crosswise. Positive “click” adjustments that equate to 0.1 grains of typical rifle stick powder.

I’ve checked the consistency of the thrown charges, and it’s very good. More than satisfactory for Service Rifle position shooting.  In 10 thrown charges of Varget, the measured weights were:

7 - 40.0 grains
2 - 39.9 grains
1 - 40.1 grains

Loading up volume ammo, this is the best measure I’ve ever used.
