You don't see these all that often over here, so I thought I would share my insert that allows 7.62 ammunition to be loaded into a .303 charger for the early conversion rifles.

Bet they are hard to find. Wished I had a few of these for my DCRA 7.62 rifles.

I have never seen these before. I did not know that it ever existed.

Thank you for sharing. Where do you find these if you do not mind me asking?

Prior to this I only knew of the adapters that went in the charger bridge to use NATO 7.62mm chargers!

I don't know with the Indian stuff as I never had one.
I remember them for the No4 7.62 conversions mostly, the SMLE was a bit before my time, except for "specialty" matches.
I was there in the period where .303 & 7'62 were "kind of partners", 7.62 shot closer then switching to a .303 for the long range because of its alleged "superior grouping".

I got it from a fellow collector of 303 chargers.  It was his 'dupe'.  I've never seen them show up in auctions or at shows prior to that, or since.
