I never do this but this time I have to.
Back on the 25th May I purchased a reproduction Zf4 scope mount from Numrich. As advertised, it was complete with rings and hardware.
So after being held up in customs for 19 days, it arrived, with out said rings and hardware.
I contacted Numrich about this and they said I have them confused with someone else, and that they don`t have these mounts, and that the mounts don`t come with rings. So which is it????
Lying pieces o shyt.
I will never ever do or recommend business with them again. Its unbelievable how a long standing company Like Numrich Gun Parts Corp can straight faced lie like that.
Now I`m off to spend even more money trying to track down rings for this mount with in Canada.
I`ll never buy out of the States again period. As they say one rotten apple.

You got your order receipt via email?
Verify what’s written here, if it says with mount and hardware send them a screenshot of your receipt and if they don’t want to take care of that just send it back (if you can) and ask for refund.

You are correct, Numrich, is a very poor company.

Twenty plus years ago I did buy from them and it got lost in shipping.

Called them and they told me to contacted the shipper. God bless them I call my credit card company and voided the sale.

Two week latter one of my sons living in town at a different address got it in the mail box. Same name, different address.

The problem with that is U.S.Customs. By the time you pay for the return, pay for the U.S. fees etc, your better off keeping it & chalking it up to experience!

I learned that the hard way.

Oh I did, even reminded them of the Order number and purchase date and included a link to their ad. They only have one offering of that product and it clearly states rings and mounting hardware included. https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/1152360" rel="nofollow - https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/1152360
Two replys back from them so far, and both are straight faced lies.
You guys should email them and tell them thanx for ripping me off. ref order#000225934 May/26th/2024.

I`m done with them, any business that would act that way to a once loyal customer can take their horse and........

I have only had one purchase from them. It was a long long time ago but I do remember having bought several items like barrel bands, etc. I'll steer clear of them from now on.

There used to be a company down South that had EVERYTHING for older weapons. I believe it was called Gun Parts Corp. Was awesome till Obama got into power. I believe Nummrich bought them oot.

Well, now I'm not sure. I used to get a parts book the size of a telephone book with Gun Parts Corp on the front. I thought Nummrich was a different company. Sorry for any confusion.

Well I looked adversity in the eye tonite and fashioned a set of rings for the mount I got from Numrich/Gun Parts Corp.
They`re not 100% but a reasonable facsimile. And the best part is they work very well.
Just couldn`t justify spending on stuff I should`ve got in the first place. The mat`l used was all stuff I had on hand, some 1/4" 6061 Alum rod, 12" of metal banding, the stuff they strap cargo to pallets with, and a couple of M4x.7 screws, a dremel and about 3hrs later, a pair of Zf4 scope rings, total cost, bupkis.
Just need to blacken all the bits, then I`ll post a picture of my labour. I like happy endings, but, I`m still Pi$$ed at those a$$ hats at Numbglitch.

Wtf
So they are scammers.. is there someone you can report that in us?

As an international customer, there`s not much recourse. The sad part is I`ve been a customer of theirs for around 10yrs and have spent a boat load of money in shipping cost let alone the product cost. Since everything I got from them is/was not obtainable in Kanuckville, they were the go to source as they gladly do international sales. Most others out right refuse to send stuff to us.

Pictures of the finished and installed rings. As stated earlier they are reasonable in appearance and effective in function.

Numrich 50 years ago was a great source of part.  but as with so many companies with the older founding generation/s  passing and sales and reorganizations  then go down the crapper.

I do miss Springfield Sporters.

Got lots of parts from there. Wish I had got more.

Thirty plus years ago I got a forearm chopped of Gras rifle converted to M80 standard s.

I got all the needed metal, barrel bands, band springs, butt plate, butt plate screws sling swivels, and even a firing pin.

Had a new form arm from a French table leg. The Master wood worker made flint lock rifles and restored antique furniture. She was a true Master of wood.

She passed way a few years after restoring my Gras rifle.

She went to soon.

Wish I knew someone of her skill.

The Gras rifle hangs up in my oldest Daughter living room.

Try The Chamber of Commerce there, & then the Better Business Bureau.
If it was mailed try the U.S.P.S that's mail fraud & they will investigate it.
I grabbed a screenshot of the ad page, including the description "with rings" just in case "something happens to it accidentally".Star
