I heard on the news this was Trumps fault, because he is responsible for the FAA. What a lot of nonsense. Toronto airport is in Canada, guess they didn’t know that…

Cross winds were very bad, 40 mph, on the verge of not being able to control the aircraft. Likely caught a gust and wing tip contacted the runway, took the wing off at the root loosing the landing gear strut on that side, cross wind catches other wing held high by the other side main gear and flips the plane over.

Don’t think Trump had anything to do with this..

Ya a close call for all concerned.
I think the worst one in Toronto was when I was 8 or 9. I was with my uncle on his farm not too far away. It was a DC 9 I think. We saw it fall to the ground and explode after take off. No survivors. I remember being horrified as my uncle said "oh my god" I can still see it in my mind eye.

I do watch the View with the sound off.

Family members and girlfriend add the voices.

Great!

BWHAHAHaHahaha! we did that with Spanish Language Tarzan Movies on the ships as we got more South American TV than US!
Once we had a couple of the stars of on on & we told them, they thought it was great & joined in mimicking themselves!
