It appears Mizz James has allegedly committed at least three violations of 12 CFR 1014 Mortgage Acts and Practices.

1) Called her Virginia residence her 'primary' residence to get a more favorable mortgage rate.

2) Listed her father as her 'husband' to get a more favorable mortgage rate.

3) Incorrectly described her multi apartment building as a 'four plex' to get a more favorable mortgage rate.

Further, as a New York state politician her primary residence by law must be in New York state so there's a possibility she could be in legal trouble there too.

This is what they do - do what they say , but not what they ACTUALLY do. The hypocrisy is legion with the D brand cult.
