After 20 old years I wore out my 303 Bullet seating die.  I regard this as an achievementSmile

You get a " That a Boy" for your efforts.

That’s not something I’ve considered. How did you decide it was “worn out”?

I’ve been using the same Lee die for 25 years. Probably loaded 15,000 rounds on this die, maybe more.

Was it a collet die perchance Paul?

The collet is messed up.  I ordered a replacement from Graf's along with some ammo

Can you send it back to manufacturer under warranty?

You must be talking about the neck sizer? Your first post said bullet seating die.

I do occasionally have the collet sticking in the die, it can crush the case shoulder (especially with annealed necks) and have to sand it with 600x paper to smooth it inside and out.

I bought a new set of collet neck sizers, but Lee changed the collet design, it now leaves a flair at the case mouth that I’m not particularly fond of.

I was the bullet seating die , bullets kept getting stuck in it and not pushing into the case. Had the thing for over 20 years.

I've not heard of a bullet seating die with a "collet".  Are you referring to the bullet "punch"?  Some dies like the Lee have a floating punch that is supposed to self align in the die.

If you load cast bullets that are lubed, they tend to get gummed up with the lube and the bullet will stick in the die, needs to be cleaned out periodically.
