Shot the santa fe this past sunday, wow she shot nice. I shot some factory loads thru her. I think she is more stock Enfield then Santa Fe clone. It has the 800 yard Enfield factory Carbine sight verse the 1300yard No.4 MkI sight. I'm thinking now she maybe just a re-barrel and a Carbine. I need some input on this tell me what you all think.

That's about all they do /did with em some just have the barrels trimed back & new wood work fitted ! PH used to just throw a new sporting stock on to a lot of their sporters ! There is a mob in Veitnam that is producing a new MkIV action that comes out as a 7.62 x39 with a large mag & a 7.62 x51 Nato their a frightfull price over here Their marketed as a M10 & from what I've been told by those who ran out & brought them it's buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!

Most Santa fe's had the stock 1300 yard rear sight, The No.5's had a 800 yard rear sight. And thats whats on mine the 800 yard version
