Sorry about this not being .303 related,,, but I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with these dies...

I found a shop that has two .45ACP lee dies in stock that are supposedly a 3-in-one die...

One is used without a dipper for $10... The other is new for $20...

It is a carbide die that you can apparently screw the expander/seater/case flarer into various positions to acomplish all of the functions...

I couldn't find anything online about them...

Anybody have any experience with them...?? Are they a total "P.O.S."...???

Never heard of or seen them....unless you are talking about the Lee Loader....if thats the case, everyone knows what they are!!
Do a search for Lee Loader and see if that is what you are looking at.

It sounds like the Lee Carbide Speed die. I read some reviews which weren't bad. Somebody did break the decapping pin but it was his fault he said. That still something to check on a used one. They are for use on a single stage press.

I agree it sounds like the Lee speed die. It was supposed to be faster than changing dies on a single stage press. I understand they work, but aren't that much faster. I believe Lee has discontinued them.

Now that I have the name of the thing,,, I'm finding stuff online about it...

I'd buy it if I had a .45...
