Can anyone suggest a gunsmith to do the following to an SMLE action?

1. Rebarrel and contour the barrel. Chamber in 303 (of course).

2. Mill off the charger bridge.

3. Reblue.

4. Install new sights.

Suggestions? I'm interested in building up a Lee Speed replica.

Any good gunsmith should be able to do it. The charger bridge is rivetted on so should not need to be milled off,however, when you remove the rivets it will leave holes in the action.
