Yeah, one of these:  A good condition used one is fine I'm just tired of the repro's with the hooks that don't "hook" well.

sold all mine with the US rifle collection years ago or i would send you one , you might try a gunshow , i see them there from time to time , the repros are a bit stiff and ive seen others complain of the claws , both the WWI brass and WWII steel were flatter without that offset , and the hooks were more closed

I got mine out the arms room when I was stationed in Germany, happened to be good buds with the armorer and he was cleaning out some old stuff that was not being used anymore and brought a box of goodies up to my room and told us to go through the box and take what we wanted that he found it all in the arms room, what we didnt want he was going to throw away !!! ------------- "White Rhino" "Everybody's got to believe in something.  I have a question on that. How do you rig the double loop M1907 sling with the center swivel? I've been told you just unhook from the butt swivel & reattach to the center swivel? That sounds way to long for me?
