Looks to be new, very good condition. Is there a date on it?
I’ve got two Parker Hale score books. The top one belonged to my Dad’s shooting bud who used it when he was in the Canadian Army during WWII. The bottom was my Dads, a later version of the same book, early 1960’s.

No date that I can see. Yes was new unused when o acquired it.
