S&K mounts

   I have heard about you guys that have them for your No4's. I'm curious if any of you guys have one of their mounts on your No1 MkIII's?????  I need a new scope mount for a perma bubba'd No1 that has been D&T'd.  I have looked at the weaver one and it is garbage, meant for a .22 not a centerfire.

	If all else fails call in a MOAB and call it a day

	I tried one and it is junk also. It wouldn't maintain zero under firing. I tried it on a Gibbs/SMLE conversion in .45-70 that has a pretty stout recoil. I went to a peep sight given me by a Brit who used it on his civilian version. jimmileo
